On behalf of our students and chaperones, I wanted to say thank you to your staff. They were professional, polite, fun, encouraging, and best of all -- kept to a strict yet flexible schedule! In the blink of an eye they had tables set up for lunch halfway through. We were so impressed! Most importantly, we all agreed it was our favorite field trip ... ever! You can expect a message from me early next year to schedule a trip for our next group of students.

I just had my twins’ 5th birthday there on Saturday. 35 kids attended. To say the staff was extremely attentive, organized, and helpful would be an understatement. I was so impressed! I assumed that by the end of the party, I would be a ball of stress. That wasn’t the case at all because I didn’t have to lift a finger! Thank you Bounce Factory in Warren! We will certainly be hosting a party there again! - Jan. 2018

I just wanted to let you know that I cannot begin to tell you how much fun our students (and teachers) had today!!  Your staff was incredibly professional and the day was perfectly planned.  We were all very impressed.  For most of our students, these were all “first time” experiences with many of these activities.  The takeaways that I heard about when we returned to school were impressive.  While probably the most fun for the students, so many students started the discussion about how team-building was also a big part of Laser Tag really stands out in my mind.  How their eyes lit up when their Lego see-saws started moving when they flicked the switch; the excitement of the Velcro wall; and how they worked together in the team activities were all great to witness.  BEST FIELD TRIP EVER!! -June 2017

I wanted to thank you and the staff at Bounce Factory for an amazing experience with my students on Monday. This was truly one of the most unique field trips they have taken part in and everything was so well-organized. I especially loved how one of your staff members greeted us as the bus pulled up- it was a great way to start the trip. Every activity/station was well thought out and really provided thought-provoking and fun activities. In addition, every staff member was so polite and courteous. Thank you, once again.
